Summer rain, you wet me from head to toe,
you lick the water dripping from my hair.
i try to warm you with my withered body,
but my wet clothes make the heat fades.

Summer rain, you come and go like the wind,
carrying your scent and taking mine as well..
blend them in the every air i breathe.
you shower me with your sweat and tears.

Summer rain, i feel you through my every vein,
making my heart beats faster heavier harder..
lifting my soul to the rushing afternoon wind,
leaving my helpless body in your rain.
